Before You Book

We want your booking to be simple and stress-free. Below you’ll find answers to the most common questions about our caravans, payments, park passes, check-in and house rules.

Where are the caravans located?

Our caravans are located at Haggerston Castle Holiday Park, in the quiet West Lawn area. It is a peaceful location and still within easy reach of the main complex and park facilities.

How many guests can stay?

Each caravan can sleep up to 6 guests, with 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms. This makes it suitable for families, couples and small groups.

What is included in the caravan?

The caravan includes bedding, duvets, towels, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, kitchen essentials, microwave, bathroom facilities and everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Do I need to bring bedding or towels?

No. Bedding and towels are included, so you do not need to bring your own unless you prefer to.

Are park passes included?

No. Haven park passes are not included in the caravan price. If you want to use Haven entertainment and selected facilities, passes must be purchased separately from Haven.

Can I buy Haven passes for any booking?

Haven passes are usually available for standard Haven break patterns such as Monday to Friday or Friday to Monday. They may not be available for some 2-night stays, so please check before booking if passes are important to you.

What time is check-in?

Normal check-in is from around 3pm. If the caravan is ready earlier, we will let you know as soon as possible.

What time is check-out?

Check-out time will be confirmed before your stay. Please leave the caravan clean, tidy and on time so it can be prepared for the next guests.

Is there Wi-Fi?

Yes. Wi-Fi is included in the caravan, making it easier to stream, browse and stay connected during your break.

Are pets allowed?

No. Pets are not allowed in our caravans.

Is smoking allowed?

No. Smoking is not allowed inside the caravan.

Are parties allowed?

No. Parties are not allowed. Our caravans are suitable for family holidays and relaxing breaks.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A refundable security deposit may be required. This is returned after your stay if the caravan is left clean, tidy and without damage.

How do I book?

You can check availability online, choose your dates, select your caravan and complete your booking through the website.

Can I pay online?

Yes. Online payment is available through the website using secure payment processing.

What happens after I book?

After booking, you will receive confirmation and we will contact you with any important details needed before arrival.

Do you need my car registration?

Yes, we may ask for your car registration details before arrival so your stay can be registered correctly with the park.

Which caravan should I choose?

West Lawn 34 has decking and a field view. West Lawn 47 does not have decking but offers the same comfortable family-style stay.
